The vario TOC cube has an optimized tubing and connection system that gives rise to a reliably, trouble-free handling of liquid samples containing particles. With the unique matrix separation concept, concentrated salt solutions can be analyzed even in larger injection volumes. In addition, the vario TOC cube is one of the very few analyzers on the market that allows measurement of solid and liquid samples with a single instrument – retrofitting is done within minutes.

The vario TOC select is designed for maximum robustness and minimal maintenance effort, thus providing industry-leading system uptime. The advanced matrix separation technology enables customers to run hundreds of samples without the necessity of maintenance work. For unattended overnight operation optional autosampler configurations with 60, 80 and 120 positions are available.

In temperature programming, a precise, adjustable temperature is required for reproducible measurements. Thus in the soli TOC cube, the temperature is measured where it matters, directly at the crucible. This eliminates all possible thermal interferences. Additionally, the use of a post-combustion catalyst ensures that even samples with a high carbon content are quantitatively oxidized and achieve equally high measurement quality.

With the new acquray series Elementar opens an entirely new way for easy Total
Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis and more. The technology is based on a chemical oxidation process supported by highly energetic UV radiation. This combination ensures complete digestion of all organic compounds. The modular concept allows the attachment of optional extra modules for the determination of TOC in solids, Total Nitrogen (TN) in water and Total Phosphorus (TP) in water. The instrument comes with predefined methods, completely calibrates itself automatically and auto-alerts the user any time maintenance is needed. This makes the acquray series the
