Vazyme – FastPure Universal Plant Total RNA Isolation Kit
FastPure Universal Plant Total RNA Isolation Kit can be used to quickly extract total RNA from plant tissues.
The kit includes two solution systems designed for simple RNA extraction from a variety of plant tissues (wheat, rice, corn, Arabidopsis thaliana, tobacco, rape, etc.), polysaccharide and polyphenol rich plant tissues (cotton leaf, soybean leaf, pine needle, ginkgo leaf, fig leaf, gardenia leaf, wheat seed, corn seed, red bean seed, potato, sweet potato, soybean seed, sesame seed, peanut seeds, rapeseed, etc.), fruit pulp (watermelon, apple, peach, pear, banana, mango, etc.), and fungi (shiitake, button mushroom, oyster mushroom, Neurospora crassa, etc.). The kit is based on silica column purification technology and does not involve toxic reagents (e.g., phenol or chloroform and β-mercaptoethanol) or time-consuming alcohol precipitation.
